Call Reports are another tool for you to manage your account. We can provide you with our standard reports which include a call detail report providing you with detailed information on how each call was handled, a detailed billing report, or one that is customized to meet your needs.
We monitor your account during the first few months of service to make sure the package that you initially selected is the most economical for you. You will also be assigned a Customer Service Representative that will assist you in keeping your account information current and who will also provide you with information on upgrades or new services that may be beneficial to you.
